New Construction Inspection

For this inspection service, we’ll need to arrive at the site of new home construction at a time prior to the builder’s final walkthrough. We’ll proceed to inspect the property from top to bottom, learning about potential issues that a prospective buyer will want to know about while there is still a window of time for renegotiating final terms.

New Construction Phase Inspections

New Construction Phase Inspections are designed to take place periodically while a home is being built. We can start from the very beginning, before the foundation is poured—proceeding to perform follow-up inspections all the way up to the builder’s final walkthrough to ensure that there are no major issues occurring that need to be resolved by the builders.

Home Maintenance Inspection

We’re happy to help you keep your real estate investment maintained by performing this inspection service—which ideally should be scheduled once a year. We’ll inspect the home’s main structure and any installed mechanical systems, checking to see what types of maintenance tasks you’ll need to carry out in order to keep the home in good condition.

Well Water Inspections

Well Water Testing

Water contaminants can be a major problem, especially if your new property has well water. These contaminants are often invisible, odorless, and tasteless, but they can lead to major health issues. We can perform this optional service as part of your home inspection. Testing will be done to identify any existing coliform bacteria and other harmful pathogens.

Drone Services

Aerial Drone Services

By using a drone, we can capture high quality images and video of the roof and home from different angles. These aerial views help to determine the current condition of the roof and home and if any issues are present.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

This inspection service is for first-year homeowners who would like their investment evaluated before the builder’s original warranty expires. We’ll investigate every aspect of the home’s overall condition, informing you about any defective items we’ve identified. You’ll then be able to consult the warranty agreement to see if recommended repairs and improvements are covered under the stated terms.

New Commercial Building with Retail and Office Space

Commercial Property Inspection

For investors who are looking into the purchase of a commercial property, we’re able to perform a comprehensive inspection service. This service is available for most types of commercial properties—ranging from strip malls to large industrial facilities. We’ll inspect the readily accessible structures and installed systems, providing a full report of our findings that will greatly assist you in making an informed buying decision.

Radon Inspections

Radon Inspection

Radon is an insidious substance that you can’t see, smell, or taste. EPA studies show anywhere from 7% to 33% of U.S. homes having too much radon (varies by region). Without a test, though, most homeowners will never know if they’re putting themselves at risk for contracting lung cancer. In fact, radon exposure is now the most common cause of all U.S. lung cancer deaths after tobacco use, and it can happen in homes of all sizes, ages, and locations.

Pool Spa Inspections

Pool & Spa Inspection

Getting a swimming pool with your new home is a nice perk, but you need to make certain that everything is in good working order. Swimming pools and spas are heavy on the fun, but with that fun comes additional maintenance and potential hazards to consider. We will inspect the equipment and overall components of the pool and spa.

Banker holding loan money after home inspection services were completed

Loan Draw Inspection

This inspection service will ensure that construction on a home is compliant with the terms that were agreed upon with the lender when the construction loan was first taken out. We’ll inspect the build site at several phases, assessing the progress that has been made and the materials stored on-site—verifying whether or not the funds are being used appropriately.

Re-inspections

We can conduct a secondary inspection of a home that will focus on specific areas that the seller has had repaired, replaced, or improved. Once you’ve been notified that the work is completed, we’ll return to the property to inspect the areas in question—helping you gain peace of mind by determining whether or not the home is now in good condition before you agree to terms.

Post Inspection

Did you buy your dream home but had to bypass the home inspection so you could make an offer without conditions just to get it? Unfortunately, in today’s market, this is what is happening. Well good thing for you, it is not too late! It won’t change the fact that you are the new owner of the home and any problems are now your responsibility. What it will do is make you aware of potential problems you may encounter and allow you to plan ahead and budget for any costly repairs that are forthcoming.
